Veronica and Vanessa Merrell are identical twins born in Kansas City, Missouri. Veronica and Vanessa lived in Lee’s Summit, Missouri before moving to Los Angeles, California in 2013.​From the age of 5, Veronica and Vanessa expressed an interest in music, singing, modeling and acting. Both became involved in performing on stage in various musical productions at school, including Seussical and Willy Wonka Jr., church and community events. From the age of 8 to 12 years old, Veronica and Vanessa were cast in a series of children’s videos for a local production company where they used their singing and acting skills. Besides singing and acting, Veronica and Vanessa have been involved in choir, orchestra, cheerleading, hip hop/jazz dance, broadcast journalism as well as other activities outside of school including, private piano, private voice, guitar and acting lessons. Veronica plays piano, violin and guitar while Vanessa plays piano, cello and bass guitar. Veronica and Vanessa are committed to making education a priority and work very hard to be honor students. This has led to both of them being recognized multiple times with numerous honors and awards.

 

​In August 2008, Vanessa was cast in an international Build-A-Bear commercial and Veronica was cast as an extra for a different Build-A-Bear commercial. In July 2009, Veronica and Vanessa attended AMTC (Actors, Models and Talent Competition) in Orlando, Florida. Veronica and Vanessa were recognized as Top Models and Best Actor finalists in their age category. Veronica was awarded the Top 10 Actors for Improvisation. Vanessa was awarded Best Top Model and Best Actor for her category as well as the very coveted and prestigious award of Grand Best Overall Child Top Model. Both Veronica and Vanessa each received an unprecedented 28 callbacks from agents from New York to Los Angeles.​

 

Veronica and Vanessa are represented by The Osbrink Agency in Los Angeles and managed by ROAR, LLC out of Beverly Hills, California. Veronica and Vanessa have a YouTube channel, Youtube.com/merrelltwins, where they showcase their passion for comedy and musical talent through music videos and comedic videos.

 

​Veronica and Vanessa enjoy riding bikes on the beach and water sports like wakeboarding and tubing. They live in Los Angeles, California with their mom, dad, dog and cat.
